Student Psychology IX semester, with psychological ownership of knowledge, ability to transfer knowledge and generate learning in a variety of contexts of the social and organizational, through evaluation, diagnosis and intervention programs and projects to improve the quality of life of people management processes and optimize human, with emphasis on the field of Organizational Psychology, thereby providing an adequate service through evaluation, testing and psychological tests, interviewing and selection of staff under the principles of accountability, quality and efficiency acquired during my career in order to take on challenges and responsibilities, both in managing organizational, social and / or educational, and thus achieve an optimum work in the guidance of people from a full, ethical and moral. A person with powers to act responsibly with a sense of ethics and justice; capacity of interdisciplinary work, critical analysis and solidarity; easily lead to the search for comprehensive solutions and adapt to changes in the institution.
